This 10-week online Course is designed to assist Mothers with our Coming-of Age Black-Afrikan Daughters, ages 9-15, in providing transformative information and needed skills regarding their earliest experiences of puberty. Mothers are highly encouraged to sit-in and participate in this course with their daughters at no extra charge.

This 10-week online Course is for our Afrikan Daughters, ages 11-16, who have already gained a basic understanding and are actively on the path of Puberty and are now ready to build upon their foundations and make deeper connections. It is recommended, but not mandatory to have taken our Level 1 course. Younger students under age 11 are welcome, if determined ready by their Parent, Teacher or Guardian.

This 10-week online Course is the vital, next-level class which holistically addresses many of the needs of our maturing Teen Daughters which include: Strengthing Spirituality/Nature Connectedness, Holistic Wellness & Nutrition commitment, Reproductive Anatomy and Physiological functioning and Complementarity.
