These 10-Week Courses are for our Coming of Age young sisters, ages 9-16, which will provide  strong awareness, transformative information and needed skills regarding their experiences during this very important time of their lives.  Mothers are highly encouraged to sit-in and participate in this course with their daughters at no extra charge. Level 1 is recommended before taking Level 2, but not mandatory, particularly for older, more experienced teenagers.
